A comprehensive 4-session package designed to ensure a smooth, supportive journey through the therapeutic process. Clients new to KAP with Sarah must book the Intro KAP Package.

Includes:
- introductory call 30min (remote or in-person)
- pre-journey session (remote or in-person)
- KAP session (in-person)
- integration session (remote or in-person)

Returning clients can choose to book future KAP sessions and Integration sessions as stand alone bookings.
All appointments are booked on individual dates, with guidance from Sarah on appropriate spacing.
